SMART HOMES INFRASTRUCTURE DHOLERA SIR TOWN PLANNING 2 PROJECTS

Dholera SIR’s development will be done in phased manner and the projects ABCD GREENS & ABCD ENCLAVE comes under the Development Phase 1 of Dholera SIR which will be completed by year 2022. Town Planning Schemes 1 and 2 cover the development in Phase I. Town Planning Scheme 1 covers an area of approximately 51 sq km and Town Planning Scheme 2 covers an area of approximately 102 sq km. Additionally, a 250 Meters wide Expressway has is planned with a stretch of 110 kms connecting Ahmedabad – Dholera –Bhavnagar and the completion date for that is also 2022.

Fund allocation for Dholera SIR developments by Government

  • The total outlay of Dholera SIR is Rs. 57,000 Cr.
  • Rs. 7,000 Cr. has been allocated for High Speed Metro Rail Network of Dholera.
  • Rs. 3,000 Cr. has been allocated for the development phase 1.
  • Part of Project development cost is worth Rs. 20,000 Cr.
  • L&T already working in Dholera Smart City with budget allocation of Rs. 1734 Cr.
  • Cube Construction Engineering Ltd. got 72.31 Cr. for construction of ABCD Building, Dholera SIR.
  • The China-based Tsingshan Industry, along with its local partner Chromeni Steels (ISCON Group), are investing
    Rs.21,300 Crore in Dholera Smart City Project, for which the company has been allotted 500 Acres of land that
    is expected to be commissioned in three years.
