Vision & Mission

Long Term Vision:

To develop 1 million SmartHomes in the 100 Smart Cities and 500 Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 AMRUT (Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation) cities of India in a phased manner by 2040 in line with central government's vision of housing for all.

Midterm Vision

To develop 100,000 SmartHomes in 20 out of 100 Smart cities of India in 15 phases by 2025.

Mission

To launch 7,500 residential housing units including residential plots in townships, apartments in group housing schemes, villas and bungalows across five sites in the Financial Year 2016-17
